Scope of Workវិសាលភាពការងារ

• Component A: Review CGCC's existing bond guarantee framework, guidelines and procedures (assessment, covenants, monitoring, risk management, capital adequacy, pricing, claim/recovery, eligibility, approval). Review Cambodian capital-market regulations (Private Placement, Infrastructure Bonds, Green/Social/Sustainable Bonds, SERC/MEF/CSX/NBC guidance). Gap analysis, stakeholder consultations, recommendations for improvement and agreed updates. Eligibilityលក្ខខណ្ឌគ្រប់គ្រាន់
